- When will I receive my order?

Orders will be sent home with your student during the week of November 29, 2021. 

 

 - How do I know which size to order?

Each of the styles has a sizing chart included in the product images. Please make sure you choose the correct size -  we're not able to exchange or refund items that were ordered in the wrong size. 

 

- What is the ordering deadline? 

The store will close on NOVEMBER 7 , 2021 at 11:59 PM. Please make sure you get your order submitted before this time - late orders cannot be accepted!

 

- Can I change or cancel my order? 

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we produce your order "on demand", so once the goods have gone into production, they cannot be cancelled. 

 

- There is a problem with my order. What do I do? 

We exercise a high degree of care in producing quality garments, and are committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a garment with a defect, please contact us. Refer to our refund policy for more details. 

Unfortunately, because garments are produced to order, we cannot exchange garments or accept returns of garments that are purchased in the wrong size.
