When will I receive my Rideau Spiritwear order?

Orders will be delivered to the school the week of Dec 12th. 

 

What is the ordering deadline? 

The ordering window will close Nov 18th at 10 am.

 

How do I know which size to order?

Each of the styles has a sizing chart included in the product images. Please make sure you choose the correct size -  we're not able to exchange or refund items that were ordered in the wrong size. PRO TIP: Most sizing charts indicate garment measurements. Measure a garment you own that fits well, and then choose the size with the closest measurements. 

What happens if one of my products isn't available?

We always try to make sure the items listed on the store have deep inventory, but our suppliers sometimes run out of certain colours or sizes.

We'll let you know if any of the items you've ordered are out of stock - and you'll be able to:

• Switch to another size or colour (if available).
• Cancel the unavailable item(s) and receive a full refund

Can I make any changes to my order once it has been placed?

Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the items you ordered are already in progress, we will not be able to make changes to your order. 

There is a problem with my order. What do I do? 

We exercise a high degree of care in producing quality garments, and we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a garment with a defect, please contact us right away. (Refer to our refund policy for more details.)

Unfortunately, because garments are produced to order, we cannot exchange garments or accept returns of garments that are purchased in the wrong size. Please make sure you refer to the sizing charts when placing your order.

Where is my order coming from?
